Our kitchen is led by Chef Hansong Kim, who blends tradition and creativity with every dish. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, Chef Kim holds a Master’s in Hospitality and an MBA, combining culinary excellence with deep operational insight.

With years of hands-on experience and a passion for Korean comfort food, he’s created a menu rooted in heritage — from crispy fried chicken and spicy rice bowls to smoky grilled meats and bubbling stews.
